India’s golden triangle is a tourist circuit which connects the national capital Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on a map. The trips usually start in Delhi moving south to the site of Taj Mahal at Agra, then west, to the desert landscapes of Rajasthan. It is normally possible to do the trip by coach or private journey through most tour operators. The Golden Triangle is now a well traveled route providing a good spectrum of the country’s different landscapes. The circuit is about 720 km by road. Each leg is about 4 to 6 hours of drive. The Shatabdi express train also connects Delhi with Agra and Jaipur.

Day 1
Delhi

Arrive at the Capital City – Delhi Airport/ Railway station & proceed to Hotel. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2
Delhi - City Tour

Today proceed to enjoy sightseeing of Delhi visiting Jama Masjid, India Gate, drive Parliament House &RastrapatiBhawan. Overnight in Delhi. (B)

Day 3
Delhi - Agra (210 kms / 4.5 hrs.)

Today after breakfast drive to the Romantic City-Agra. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later half-day sightseeing of Taj Mahal & Agra Fort.Overnight in Agra.

Day 4
Agra - FatehpurSikri - Jaipur (240kms / 5 hrs.)

Drive to the Pink City- Jaipur. En-route you make a stopover at Emperor Akbar’s abandoned capital of FatehpurSikri. Arrive at Jaipur and proceed to your hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight in Jaipur. (B)

Day 5
Jaipur - City Tour

Morning discover the Pink city of Jaipur. Visit the magnificent Amber fort Jantar, later enjoy taking pictures outside the palace of winds Hawa Mahal, visit JantarMantar (UNESCO site), and City Palace and Museum. Evening is free to shop for colorfulclothing and jewelery. Overnight in Jaipur.

Optional: You can experience an early morning elephant ride to Amber Fort at an additional cost

Day 6
Jaipur

Proceed to the Jaipur airport/ railway station to board the flight/ train to your next destination or hometown with fond memories to cherish for a lifetime!
